Do you accept this challenge?

Today marks 4 weeks since I started eating better, working out at least 3 times a week and NOT weighing myself. I still have 2 weeks to go before my first weigh-in and I have been warned to manage my expectations but that's not what this post is about. I have been enjoying the workouts that Mike puts together because they have variety.

To my loyal readers, all 26 of you, I would like to play a game. If you already know the following information about me than you may continue reading with no consequence but if any of this is news to you than you must complete the exercise attached (💪)

I don't want to hear any excuses. Doesn’t matter what time it is or who is sleeping beside you or whether you're wearing a bra... you got this!


  • I do not have a middle name (10 jumping jacks)


  • I graduated high school and never went to college (5 push-ups)


  • I lived in Myrtle Beach for a brief time at the age of sixteen (15 crunches)


  • I worked in Insurance and Financial Services for a total of 12.5 years (20 squats)


  • In elementary school, an older boy named Camille, nicknamed me Zellers because he knew all my clothes were from that department store (10 lunges)


  • I got my drivers license at the age of 21 (5 burpees)


  • I have been engaged twice and married once (15 jumping jacks)


  • I broke my ankle, in 4th grade, falling out of a tree and broke it again when an over-weight 8th grader fell on me at recess (10 push-ups)


  • I've had 6 miscarriages in 4 years (20 crunches)


  • I get motion sick in a car when the heat is on my face, when I look down/read while the car is moving, or when I am not facing forward in the direction the vehicle is going (25 crunches)


  • My first and only concert was Bon Jovi and I got to go on stage for a full set (25 squats)


  • I take three sugars and milk with my tea and/or my coffee (15 lunges)


  • I am terrified of spiders and crabs aka spiders of the sea (10 burpees)


  • I recently learned that the holes on the inside corners of my eyes are my tear ducts (20 jumping jacks)


  • I didn't start waxing my facial hair until I was 30 (15 push-ups)


  • I enjoy sharing this blog with the world because it helps me feel connected (25 crunches)


If you survived this list and didn't have to workout AT ALL than you know me very well... you would also know that I expect you to do the exercises anyway 😋
